Calling from a different number now. Same guy, except I saved a VM from him. He gave himself a completely different name this time. Now, he's calling himself David King. Kill yourself, you worthless sack of [***].
Just got call from this number. David King. Says if I don't call back I've waived my rights to an attorney and govern myself accordingly. NOT CALLING. A definite SCAM!!
I called and this person 'John' says David Kane is 'not available'. I asked if he was a real lawyer. He said yes in Indiana. I asked where the office was located as I wanted to see him in person. John said that was 'not possible'. I've submitted a complaint for the second time (as he has called twice). I've called the Indiana Bar Assoc/Supreme Court Clerk. No one registered by this name. Next stop is the police to report it as the Supreme Court clerk advised. I would suggest that anyone who gets these harassing phone calls do the same.
