received a call on my cell phone asking for my son by name. They wanted to schedule an appointment at our home to resolve a complaint. I called the number back from my landline (private, unpublished number). They answered as National Information Center and asked me if the caller left a referral number. I answered that they did not and was then asked to provide my phone number/numbers. He hung up when I refused.
Left message about a complaint and they would come by my place to deliver the documents. No business name no person name. Called back and straight to voicemail. Left a file number for me to refer to. Sounded like automated system
Recording left message about a complaint gave no name or business . I called back the they answered information center and told me to hold. Did not sound legit to me so I hung up do not know anybody that does business like that.
Has called multiple times, left a message without a business name. Said they had received a complaint by fax. They said something about delivering to my place of employment or my home. They left a case number for me to call or text back. I did not call back.
