Called my cell- tried to call back 2x no answer

Have received 4 calls from this # within 2 hrs. I put on speaker phone but don't say anything and lady or man says hello twice and hangs up

Called and just listened ... Tried to call it back and doesn't even ring

Calls & no message. No one picks up if you try to call back.

It's an outfit trying to sign up people for Medicare supplement insurance.  They use a computer generated voice which sounds like you're almost talking to a real person.  Just ask the 'voice' if it will go out with you or likes baseball or(fill in the blank).  You'll get a canned response bearing NO relation to the question.
