Just called here and asked for my mom I told this older lady I speak for my mom because she forgets a lot, and she said "thank you" and hung up... very rude.

Just called 3/15/16 asking for me, when I asked her who she was, she was quite rude and I hung up.

The called my cell phone three times.  No answer and no message left.
