Yes I agree this is H2O and they call all the time. First of all they must have come door to door in my housing edition while I was gone and left a note that read "we tried to deliver your package today but oops it looks like we missed you, please call or visit to receive your package." I was actually waiting on a package I had ordered from Amazon at the time and thought that the post office, who just didn't deliver becuase the package wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I went to the post office and the lady says that the note was not from them, however there had been many people in the area showing up with the same type of note thinking it was from them. So I called the number and they made it sound like they were from the utility water company and they wanted to test my water. I scheduled an appointment with them and then later found out when they called to confirm my appointment that they were not the water company, just some business wanting to sale me some crap. So, I made sure I wasn't home and ever since they nonstop call me trying to reschedule an appointment from like 3 months ago. BTW I did call them the day of to let them know I wasn't going to be home and they still came out and continued to call me while they sat in my drive way, however I refused to answer to this bs. They are idiots!!! Don't answer your phone** and if the post office doesn't recognize a manilla note with no type of business description listed anywhere but reads we missed you and something along the lines about a package not being able to be delivered, along with a phone number and address. Most likely it's these people, just avoid.
