I got a call from this number at 3 in morning. He new my name and was calling to tell me my test results for a [***] enlargement test that he claimed i took. He claimed he was Phil Winklestein, who i later found out was an actor from veggie tales who had a small [***]. Weird thing was i called him from another number and he still claimed to be Phil and then told me i had a small [***] again. I then received a viocemail from him on each phone saying not to misuse thus number.
