It's from Banker's Life Insurance--job scam.  They "pick up" your resumes from Job postings online and schedule to come in for an interview.  The person sounds like they're reading from a script and whatever job you're looking for they give a vague explanation.  If you look up "bankers life" and "Scam" you'll see a lot of listings.
