See comments from June 29 and July 1, 2011. The customer service rep's notation to remove all accounts associated with my phone number lasted 17 days. I got the same robocall yesterday morning at 10 a.m. and again this morning at 10 a.m. Someone gives them a bogus phone number and they feel no obligation to verify the owner of a phone number even after they are told they are calling the wrong number.
I answered a call and a recording said hold for a message. I held and then a guy comes on and announces his name, which I cannot remember, and asks how can he help me. I was a bit irritated and said I didn't know that I had gotten a call that said I had a message. He hung up on me.
phonecall went to answering machine, recording (female voice) "for English, press 1, para Espanol..." and the machine cut off. Sounds like another junk phone call.
