Shane, I am getting them too (I'm in AC 979/Texas)...about one-a day.

I received this phone call 2 times a minute apart tonight

Rec'd a call at 1130am. Left a message with sound in the background, but no message.

Got a call from this number but left no message.

Never rec'd calls like this until I was look for a PAYDAY LOAN on line!! After that all hell broke out!!!  
Calls after  calls.  India men cussing at you. Threatening you!!  Never again will I trust the internet !!!
