I was receiving the same calls last year, saying I has 2 felonies, but when asked what the felonies where for Elaine could not tell me exactly what they were, she just kept saying that I needed to pay a fine of 1100.I told her no that it sounded to suspicious and hung up the phone, but she kept calling me day and night, until I threaten her that I was going to make a police report with my local police dept and then she stopped calling. Now she has found one of my relative phone number and have stated the same message to her just like last year. These people need to stop trying to scam people.
left me a message saying her name was Elaine London saying she is an investigator(didnt say what type) and that I need to call her back otherwise 2 felony cases will be filed against me in the Los Angeles Superior Court. She gave me a case number and said have myself or my retained attorney give her a call back as this was a very urgent matter. Called her back on a different number and she didnt answer when she called me back the caller ID said the company's name is Thomas and Associates and they are based out of Carmel, Indiana.....why would a company from Indiana call me and tell they are going to file charges in California? Called my brother who is an attorney and he said its a scam and if I didnt do anything wrong I shouldn't be worried. Something needs to be done about companies that take advantage of people like this especially during Christmas.

I received a call from this number looking for my brother. Telling me that he had 3 felonies charged against him. When i asked what the charges actually were I was switched over to a "manager." This sounded like the woman from the message when you call back the number. She did not speak clearly when I asked what the charges were and when i asked her to repeat the charges again she became very rude. She repeated the charges, something about bad checks and defrauding a finacial institution. I then asked what the dates were on the charges and she told me i was unauthorized for that information. I replied by saying that "You called me, and I'm your best chance at getting ahold of my Brother, so you can tell me the dates of the charges. so we can work this out." She yelled into the phone that she will just have my brother arrested and hung up the phone. Sounds like a scam to me.
Beware Its a Scam!!! they will say you have 2 felonies and need to pay a fine... they are scamming out of Indiana..call your local police dept and make a report if you need to.
