3173333260 - Caller ID said "Cell Phone IN"    Pre-recorded message that said, "Hi! I'm Heather and I'm calling about your current credit card...." That was all I needed to hear and I hung up.

'Heather' the robotic credit card scammer, is at it again with another spoofed number. The meaning of heather is a wreath. The robot must wear a garland around its neck fashioned into the word criminal.

I have had 3 calls from this no. I don't answer calls from numbers I dont recognize. The area code indicated Indiana

The tel# is a legitimate business. However, an unscupulous person(s) "spoofed" the number as The tel# was displayed on caller IDs  of which the owner of the 'Real' Tel# did not call.
