Called and left no message.  Anyone else?

I got a call from this number and they left a message. They just hummed for about 2 mins and that was it.

I have received a couple of calls from this number. Both times they've left a blank message - I could just hear rustling around. I'm going to use the BLOCK FEATURE on my Android phone.

Same number, two hang ups without message.

I received several calls from this number.  However, I do not answer my phone if I do not recognize the number, so am unable to report what, if anything, would have been said.

Have now applied the "call rejection" feature on my Galaxy Note 3.  Thanks.
