Received a call on my personal cell phone from this number today asking to update location information for a "William Wright." Don't know him. Don't have business with these people.
They are a bottom feeding collection agency that breaks the FDCPA laws every day using spoofed numbers, phony ID's and ect. etc, etc ... to harass people over defaulted student loans.
These A$$WIPE$ are getting scared right now because there are several bills being introduced to congress that will probably put these scumbags out of business.

If you do you "reset the clock" for the info to be reported to credit agencies, not to mention any statutes of limitations that will likely be restored for defaulted loans. Stand pat ... and see what happens with the legislation.
