This is a thinly veiled sales call. They use the common ccard provider department name "merchant services". So you think it's your current provider with a bill-back. Then they ask for an appointment & your statement so they can determine your volume and rate. They hope to win your business ..by reducing your cost. Maybe they can, but the solicitation is certainly deceptive
