It appears that Mr. Steven York is on a roll with trying to intimidate people. He called me with the stern loud voice as if I was going to just allow him to talk to me so harsh. He begins accusing me of fraud but couldn’t provide me with any information as to how I committed fraud. He then transferred me to Jim Page and he accused me of being combative and I begin to laugh, combative because I asked a question. Mr. Page wished me luck in jail. These people are desperate to collect their collection bonuses and will try anything.
I just received a call from this number this morning but the man left his name in the voicemail (I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number) as David Clark looking for someone I haven't seen in almost 2 years. He said he never got a response to his notice and wanted to advise him of his rights so he is not blindsided as to what was going to happen. Then about 5 minutes later the number called again but didn't leave a message.
This person called me on several occasions leaving a message stating that the caller had gotten my number from another states emergency contact file. On a hunch I called the number back just to see what it was all about. When I called, the person answered and identified himself as "Steven York" with "Verified Processing". I asked him what it was all about, and he said that it was in reference to a legal document that was about to be entered against me resulting in a warrant being issued for my arrest. He also told me that they had done a background check on me and that I had never been in any kind of legal trouble. Well, since I know this not to be true I questioned some of the other things that he said, and finally I told him that I thought he was full of [***] and that he was a collection agency and he responded with "Well, I tell you what I am going to do, I will process this paperwork and you will be thrown in the back of a sedan and you will be eating your bologna bent over a bunk tonight". Nuff said.... these people are ruthless.... they will say or do anything to get you to give them your personal info. I have also filed a formal complaint with the FCC against them.
This person called me and said the same exact stuff so i called indiana sheriff to see if it was true are not And im waiting on a call. When i told him he could not have my bank info he hung up on me. Know when i call the number no one answered.

Received a call this morning from this number, did not answer phone but let it go to voicemail; Steven York left a loud, rude, and threatening message. Problem is, he left the message for someone named other than any person in my household. Definitely a scam of some sort. Mr. York certainly is not a professional of any sort and definitely should not be employed by any cororation who values customer service. I will not be wastng my time to call Mr. York back to let him know he has the wrong number and I surely hope he never call my number again as my usband will deal with it.
