I get called from this number as well as the same exact number with the last two digits ending in 23 and 26 (instead of 28). I used to get calls from all three multiple times a day. They stopped for a week or two, and now they have started again. I never answer and I never call back. They never leave a message either.

This guy is harassing me. Says he's from Millennium Finance. Wants to help me with my student loans. I'm 62. Don't have any. I told him and he continues to call 2 to 3 times a day.
