I don't believe that it's actually Anthem. They did not know my name and when I questioned them they said, "ok, ma'am have a nice day," and hung up. Be careful giving out information.
I've been getting calls from them the past couple weeks & we're not even with that insurance company. I'm getting sick of the calls & they don't leave a message, of course!
