i also got pre approved with fair child lending bureau i knew it was to good to be true. my husband and i was so close to sending in the money that they wanted but after doing some research on this company we also found out that the address they give goes to chase bank tower therefore y would a bank have another one in the same building plus the woman who has called our home and left us a message don't even remember her own name she studders every time as to what her name is plus we also figured the interest rate was way to low so yea to the first person don't send money its a scam
People from this company say there with the fairchild lending bureau. There address is 111 Monument Circle Suite 120 Indianapolis, Indiana. I was approved for a loan. A llender to a loan office got all my information and caalled me I sent in all my paper work but they wont return my calls and I havent gotten my loan yet. IS this a scam?
I also received calls from Fairchild Lending Bureau. After doing an intensive internet search I have found that they are listed under Scam alerts. My understanding is that it is illegal for them to request payments prior to issuing of the loan also. I know they get really irritated when you tell them that your not going to take the loan if it requires you making 3 monthly payments upfront.

Yes. There is no phone number on the website, they won't send anything though the mail, and the "loan officer" called me stupid on the telephone when I told her to mail me the contract rather than fax it. I believe that mailing these contracts violates a federal law if they are scamming, and i believe that is why they wont mail anything. Plus who calls a customer stupid without worrying about losing their j As well, if you are pre=approved for these loans as they say you are, they should be sending you a check rather than a contract, as cashing the check constitutes acceptance of their terms. also, they have an F rating with the better business bereau.
