Didn't know the number. So I didn't answer it. No voice mail

I keep receiving calls from this number noone answers or if I do answer I get no response

this number keeps calling me I don't know who it is and I wish they'd stop I get no reply when I answer

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones. For a cell there are a lot of free apps out there.
