Who called from 3174565449

Received several calls and my # is supposed to be private I've had this # for years with no problems until now . They never leave messages and keep calling

Just received a call from this number today as well.  Did not answer.

I told the lady on the phone that I believed this was a scam, and that I did not want to have anything to do with it.  She replied: "You are entitled to your opinion.  Have a nice day."  She then hung up.
