Who called from 3174567303

Just got a call from them. It rang twice then they hung up. No message. Nothing. Who are they??? 9:15pm is a bit late to be calling.

Got a missed call from this number. No message left. I do not have no knowledge of the caller. My first internet check says this number belongs to Level3 Communications LLC, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112. This might be a scam or a telemarketing. Just don't know yet. Do not answer this call.

They called, i didnt answer, so i called it back blocked, and its a recording, where they yell you that youve visited one of their affiliate websites, and they want to send you a 100$ gift card, redeemable at stores lile walmart, home depot etc. You press 1 to talk to a person to tell them where you live or press 2 to get put on their do not call list Ive gotten this call about a year ago, same thing, i called it back blocked, and actually talked to a person and asked them which website it was that I visited which gave them my phone number and they could not tell me , so i wrote it off as a scam and hung up

Just got a call. I leave my phone on silent so I miss calls when not expecting them but saw that I missed this.

How is this happening? I feel like a few times a month I get a call from random numbers.
