Got a call from this number today with no voicemail left. I called back right away and it was a Verizon recording saying the number was changed or disconnected. Yet they called me from the same number again later?! I didn't answer that time either and Same "not in service" recording when I called back
Total scam caller. Heavily accented caller claiming to be from Microsoft and needing to urgently help me because my computer was sending them distress signals. LOL. I told him off and hung up on him halfway through his spiel.
