Got a call this morning from this number. They asked if I could hear them. I've been told that if you say "yes", it is recorded and they use the recording later, out of context, to say you authorized some sort of contract or payment. I said "no, who is this" and they hung up.
They called; they hung up. I called the number back and got Tyler from Peerpoint Funding. Might be spelled Pierpoint? Then he hung up when I asked why this number kept calling and hanging up. Brilliant! I called back and got 'thank you for calling customer service'. No, company name, nothing. Asked if I wanted to talk to an agent, hit '1' for yes. Got the 'all agents are busy, send an e-mail to our generic gmail address'. What BS. Called back again and hit option '2' to add me to their 'do not call list'. We'll see what happens...
