I recieved numerous calls from this number and the same john hudson guy at work and on my cell. So i tracked down starklaw associates out of california and they told me he is a scam and they have been trying to catch him. So icalled the number back and told him if they called me again i would take his number to the police haven't heard from them since. On a side note if there are legal implications you would recieve letters or an actual police officer at your door to inform you of this dont fall for the phony call. Hope this helps sombody.
Mysel and my boyfriend have been receiving calls from this number for months, sounds like a middle eastern man with poor english skills. He claims to be from a Law firm and threatens us with arrests and "Law trouble" Never states his law firms name or what the issue is about. He somehow has my boyfriends SSI number and rattles it off with threats. Calls about 18 or more times a day leaving threatening voice mails saying he is sending the cops after us. Like I said, they have been calling us for months...
Guy sounds like he's from India or Middle East calls stating his name as Chris Matthews. Couldn't understand his law firm company name but it didn't matter to me because I work with an attorney and even he stated his a fraud. He stated someone filed a complaint against my name and I need to call him back at 317-495-3694, but my caller ID showed 317-494-3694. This guy said my last 4-digits of my social was XXXX and that my whole SS# was under state investigation. He threatened me saying if I do not return his call he will send all my legal documents to my employer, my mailing address, and the nearest sheriff department. He said I will be in big trouble. He also said not to blame him if I lose my job. This guy is a quack. I am going to send this to the White House because I want to know why do we receive these kinds of calls from the foreigners scam the U.S. citizens. Obama needs to do something about these foreigners. I'm not a prejudice person but I will not allow foreigners to threaten, scam, or degrade the U.S. citizens. It shows this guy does not know the law of the U.S. because our law enforcers would never call you on the phone threatening you and then at the end say "God bless you" or "Good Luck To You". Folks don't call them back, these foreigners are scammers. They are only getting partial info off the internet when you apply for a credit card, payday loan, or payments that are due. I am taking this to the next level because it doesn't matter if we are behind payments, or we have past due of any payments. These scammers has no right to threaten or scam anyone in the U.S.
I got the exact same call on both my cell phone and my work number. I hung up on him when he called my work phone and he called right back so I told him that I was giving him clear and distinct orders NOT to call me on my work phone again. Since then he has called and left the exact same message as stated below, except to say his name is John Hudson. He has a Middle Eastern accent and can't even say my name correctly but is sending the police to my place of work and my apartment to arrest me, if I don't call him back and take care of this matter. I'm guessing they are getting people to wire them money by threatening them this way. I saw a special on tv where they had called some student's grandparents, saying the student was going to be arrested, and the poor grandparents took out a loan to send these folks money, so it is not a victimless crime. Be careful folks. Life and just surviving right now is rough enough without letting folks take what little money you have.
I just received this exact same telephone call about 30 minutes ago. I reported it previously to our local sheriff's department. They handle harrassment cases like this. Once I told him that I was doing this, he hung up on me and said, "Fine! Then just get arrested.". Try that the next time and see if he hangs up on you as well. Some times he addresses himself as Detective Ian Martinez from Washington, DC. I asked him if he said he was from the state of Washington, DC. He said, "Yes.". I replied that Washington, DC is not a state in the United States and that he was a fraud. He hung up that time as well. Another time he was the former president, John Quincy Adams. He has also been Shawn White, the snowboarder. Just be careful. DO NOT send any money nor get a green dot card. My local sheriff's department says to block the number from your telephone. They said that if the telephone company will not do so, file a report with your sheriff's department and then you have paperwork to show your telephone company that you are being harrassed.
