Who called from 3175275143

Called my cell phone.

hung up when I answered.

Sent to voice mail, left no message.

I did not answer.   No message.

High pitched voice, nearly blew my ear drums out, calling with a home security promotion of some sort. It didn't get beyond that, I hung up and blocked the number. So much for the no call list!
