I didn't anwere since there is always no response

Phone rings.  When answered, there is no response on the 317 end.  This has been going on for weeks.  Couple times a week.  I tried calling the number but the line is always busy.

Identified themselves as "indiana childrens bureau"

I have no previous relationship with this organization and did not ask for them to call me.

Called me twice, never leaves a message...I checked by calling it back ( with my number blocked )and, it said Kevin Kennedy an associates, like some law firm...weird

this number is soo much of a hassle
