Got a call from this number today - I also got a call from the same company the other night calling from 612-284-3906. The call is from Pinnacle Financial and they are a debt collection agency. I informed the person calling today that I spoke to someone from the SAME company 2 days ago and requested to be sent any information that they have to me by MAIL. The law states that once youi speak to a debt collector and request information by mail, they cannot contact you and they only have 10 days to respond to you in writing. I explained that to the person that called me today, from this number, and he became nasty saying that I already received 5 notices from them, etc. I informed him that I know the law and that he was in violation of the fair debt practices by contacting me 2 days after I spoke to the other person. He then tried to be intimidating and I informed him that the conversation was over and I hung up. I will be reporting this company to the FCC and to the NYS Attorney General's Office for violating collections law.
