Could not understand the person on the message

it's a scam, they try to get your personal info by stating you have a student loan under your name, or you are the guarantor for a student loan.  they claim the only way to look the info up is by name and SSN.  Be careful, don' t give out any information.

tuition collection agency for someone not at my number.

told them this wasn't that person - put on blocked call list

Called at 6 PM.  Did not leave any message on my voice mail.  Caller ID shows "Indiana Call".
