Who called from 3175597838

Let caller ID p/u call. I called the number back and automated answer as FOP (fraternal order of police)

Never leaves a message.  I have tried to call back and the number will not even ring.

I'm sure this is some scam.  It's not the first local number that's called with caller id "II" (eye eye), and not the first such to be blocked, either.

Called at 10AM, and left no message. First time that 'II' called with this number. About 6 calls from 'II' in the last week using a different number.
