Who called from 3175730000

I got an automated call telling me my "Universal Health Debit Card" was no longer valid. I could press 1 to give details to re-activate it.  I do not have a Universal Health Debit Card and promptly hung up.

I get calls from this number stating they are a debt collector. I have not spoken to anyone directly.

This number called me three times on May 20th 5:43 pm, 5:49pm, and 5:54 pm I did not answer as i was away from my Who is this

The automatic voice did not identify itself but stated my debt card had been deactivated and to press one to activate. I hung up.
