Why would ANYONE risk any type of injury trying to answer a phone call? Does this pathetic individual not have caller ID? Is someone's life so devoid of entertainment that a mere ringing phone is validation of their existence? And what sort of person would attempt to sue someone else for THEIR OWN unwise choice to bust THEIR OWN [***] while trying to answer a phone? These are, of course, rhetorical questions.
