CLAIMS to be from business development.  Some government program called GSA.  Claimed to be looking for businesses to sell to the Federal Government.  Never would give any other business info during course of call and caller ID says "Private Name".  LOL...with the government shutdown looming and with the information being so secretive?  Yeah, sign me up.
