I get repeated calls from 877 and do not answer. Yesterday they left a message that said, "This is Madeline Jones, it is urgent you call me back immediately at 317-616-7619." It is the Indianapolis area and I don't know anyone there and they gave no reason for the urgency so I am not returning the call.

I received a call today also from someone identifying herself as Madeline Jones and requesting the call-back at the same number. In my case she did say that she was calling from BlueGreen resorts and we do own timeshare time with that company. Before checking out the number, I did try to return the call but there was no answer. I do believe that timeshare companies and RCI have people doing customer service from satellite offices; possibly their homes. An RCI person who asssited me did tell me that she was in Indiana.
In my mind, customer service means that they identify themselves and the company calling. Also, merely saying it is urgent you return this call does not provide the kind of information that would make me want to call them back...just saying.
