but i dont know why it was charged and what it is.
what should i do?

I recently did a transaction through PayPal but a couple of weeks later had the following appear on my bank statement here in the UK.

11 Apr 2011    POS    0042 09APR11 , USCUSTOMS ESTA , APPL PM , 317-617-4458 US , USD 14.00, RATE 1.6336, CHARGE 1.25, ERTF 0.24    -     10.06

Whoever did this is unknown to me, nor how they managed to do it.  The $14 has been stolen from me.

Yes it is the Visa-Charge for the ESTA. Oh my good thanks for this site.

It came up on my CC invoice and int is the fee for Visa to travel into USA.
