I got a call on my cell phone this morning at 6:18am, sound asleep DID NOT answer the phone. I cannot believe these idiots, first of
all my bank accounts local and not in Indiana according to the area code 317. I never answer my phone (landline or cell) anymore if I don't know who's calling and also have turned off my answering machine so these scammer idiots cannot leave a message. I tried calling back this number and got the same automated message, no taking calls at this time. How did they get my cell phone anyway, not to many people have my number.
get an automated message that my account with some bank that I don't have an account with is locked pressed 1 to unlock. Thay as for acount info but i didn't answer.
Auto message said: (similar to:) Your account has been locked; to reactivate your account, press 1" I pressed 1 to see what the next step would be and the automated voice requested that I input my account number.
These guys are trying to steal people's money and not ashamed enough to even try to hide it; they're praying on elderly or
people who may be not thinking clearly. Why isn't one of the call type categories below: SCAM ATTEMPT ????
Missed a call from this number. When I tried to call back right afterwards, I got an automated message saying that the number wasn't taking calls. Judging from the previous 2 comments, this is an obvious attempt to scam financial account information from people.
