Who called from 3176532746

Keeps calling about diabetic supplies and then hangs up.

The phone rings a few times and when I answer it nobody says anything. When I called the number back of course it  goes to a busy signal. There has got to be something that can be done about this, especially being that I am on a federal no call list.

Receive way too many call from this number. I also am on the federal DO) NOT CALL list. Last call left a message, sounded like a woman crying.
