"We are calling from the Tax Renegotiation Center to lower, or even eliminate, your IRS back tax debts." OK, sure... so this is another debt/credit renegotiation scam. How do they find enough suckers to sign up on these scams to pay the electric bill for the auto-dialer? I will never know.
