Who called from 3176604739

This company called for the first time yesterday evening. I called back and got CAB Asset Management in Baltimore (so he said - also that he was in Baltimore even though I returned a local number). The guy first asked me for my SS Number, when I refused to give ithe yelled to someone that I was refusing to give my Social. He asked me if my name was correct on their caller id and I said yes. He then told me that he had thousands of people with the same name as me and would take 5-10 minutes to find me, it would be just be easier if I gave my SS Number. Again I refused. I asked him what the this was for (supposedly he still did not have my file "pulled-up"), he said that I had had a judgement against me in Eastern Division Court. I asked what for and he said it was an outstanding debt. I asked with whio, but he wouldn't tell me. He said they had sent a letter to me that I should have received by 02152010. Told him I had not received any such letter, he then said that it was mailed out on 02152010 and that the mail must be slow. He then told me that he would have the Clerk go downstairs and pull my file and he would call me back in few minutes. He didn't call back. This morning I got same voice mail.

Ole boy pulled the same trick on me . He told me he was from social security and was investigating a problem with my social security number and was calling from Maryland, This man is a Debt Collector  he gave me the name of Chris Hansen, I do not know if this is his real name, as he gave me false information on everything he had to say, to solicit information under false pretenses evidently, he was actually calling from Indiana as you can see from his phone number, 317-660-4739, You can trace the phone number and get the address of it if you need to just paste this link below:

that number is a land line in Marion County Indiana.
Dont give this guy any information about your self he is bogus, I have began the process of filing a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General concerning this matter. Consumers have the right to not be given false information its the law in Indiana, under our Consumer Protection Act and in Maryland as well, and he most definitely gave false infomation and mislead me on the phone. if you Google search his number, it is associated with:
