Won't stop calling. Left a message about offering a great rate on loans or something. Calling about 20-25 times per day for almost 2 days straight - all from various number combinations, but all from 317 & 313 area code. Calls start when I turn my phone on at 7am.

Yes, exactly. This just happened to me right now - why I came on this site to see who it was! 6 calls from 6 different numbers (all starting with 317) in 2 minutes. ugh!
