Did not answer and no message left. I get 1-2 scam calls daily

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know due to all the scam calls I get.  This number called and did not leave a message. Blocked

Been called multiple times and they ask for an Otto.  After I tell them wrong number they say that maybe I can help them followed. Y asking for money for some charity.

they are very and annoying determined
