Who called from 3177075014

Just received a phone call from this number. (720pm PST) I did not answer and declined the call, which sent it to voicemail early. The voicemail was 3 seconds of inaudable chatter. The caller ID on my cell phone reads "Plainfield, IN."

Same thing just happend to me. Did not answer.

This number has called 7 times in the last 2 weeks and never left a msg.  They're calling on my cell phone which is beyond irritating.

This is not the first time I have received an odd (317) number; I believe it to be a telemarketer.

I've been noticing lately that I'm getting a lot of these out of state calls..I mean A LOT..Luckily I don't answer if it's a # I'm not familiar with and they never leave a message..I also found out that these people have software that disguises their REAL phone #.,so just because your caller ID says it's a certain # it's not that # at all..VERY SHADY CHARACTERS...
