That is an illegal threat! They can NOT take away your paycheck without a court order. Check CVWG40's post above yours & call your state attorney general. IF they actually had proof, you would be summoned.
They said I gotten a loan that I never paid and with all the fees my balance is at $800.00 but I could settle with $500.00 now. I ask them for the borrowers name and back up and they couldn’t supply me with that information. They also tried to scare me by saying they have no choice but to file with the court and my paycheck can be taken away. This is a total scam.
