Received a call from this number several times. They even had my sisters number and friends. She states her name is Katie. Got numbers to call back. 1-877-816-2754 and 317-759-2607. Called both of them. The 877 number states circuits are busy please try again. I did call back same thing everytime. The other number is always busy. My sister ask what firm is she with would not give name. Also said she had my address where she could file charges against me. Where are these people getting my information??
This lady swear she is a professional. She goes by Laura Davis when you call the number back it's a fake just like her she calls several times of day violating all rights I have reported this number to my attorney general's office for investigation. She tries to get money and threatens to take people to jail if they don't pay. She stated she is from Nationwide and collecting a debt for a payday loan. One I never heard of please BE AWARE she uses a local number to fool you but when she leaves a message her call back number is 1-855-254-0815. SCAM! SCAM!
Had calls from 3177592607 Lady who doesn't say her name but claims to she will show up on my husbands job and our home with legal document. When told to mail them she said they must be delivered in person.
This person calling from this number states that his name is Raymond Blackwell from Nationwide and he is trying to collect a debt from American Web Loan. He called my work and spoke to my controller regarding this matter which is illegal due to this being a confidential matter and to speak to them about issues pertaining to me. Spoke to a lawyer about them and they said that these people use all kind of scare tactics to try to get you to do what they want. i.e. jail, fraud, etc By law all legal paperwork should be delivered by a sheriff or someone on their behalf. I have tried to call this number back and it rings busy. This idiot is a real winner! His mom should be proud of what he does for a living threatening people and lying all the time to try to scare them. What a tool!!
This is an illegal debt collecting practice. They refuse to give their information for contact purposes because they do not want to be discovered. File a complaint with your states attorney general. If it is Nationwide then this is on an Indian reservation and they may be abusing their sovereignty. Don't count on Obama to do anything. I spoke to a homosexual named Jason Stone.
