police fundraiser organization USA Indianapolis, Indiana ...these organizations keep a lot of the money they raise, and give small percentages to actual causes...scam...ask for written materials sent to you first stating their true purpose and portion of funds donated actually going to the cause, and you won't hear from them again....BUT in the meantime they act like cops, are really aggressive, intimidating, and forceful in their methods, and they don't give up...I gave to the ISA(Indiana Sheriff's Association) where all the funds go to the true purpose and when you do that, they sell your name to other groups who then start active aggressive solicitation for other causes and scams...
Called today asked for "Dorothy" I think, when I said they had the wrong number they started in with a spiel... "well maybe you can help me..." I hung up!
