he called 5 times this week alone, ask about some else, he do's not take no for answer,

calls 10 times a week doesn't say a word hangs up in my ear!!!!!!!

Same deal ... guy calls says nothing, this time a small cough, then hangs up. Has called several times now. Going to block this caller.
