They have been calling at least twice a day for several months. I even added a message specifically for this company to remove my name and do not call again. It doesn't work.
The FCC needs to do something about this.
I am on the Do Not Call list and have been for several years. This is disgusting.
We get numerous calls from this number collecting money for firemen police and or state troopers. They claim we already pledged to donate. We never did.
Received call asking for my husband or myself. He then stated they were taking donations for children with cancer. Research and so on. He asked if we would donate. He stated they would just need my debit card and/or credit card number and they will deduct the amount of our donation. I requested that they send me info in the mail and we would discuss it. The guy on the phone stated that he was unable to send me anything and it is so easy just to give them my card#. I explained to him that I understand research is needed however, I do not give my card #'s to anyone, I ended the call.
Got a call from this # about 8:30 p.m. with the same M.O. No one there and then line cuts off. If what Carolyn says is true (and I don't doubt it) This guy (these guys) are absolute crooks ane are out after easy $$ from our Debit/credit cards and /or identities. No Legit. Telemarketer would ask for those Numbers and expect to get them. The Crooked car warrenty/lower your interest rate outfit in Florida was finally stopped. The dame needs to happen with this crook.
This number calls at least once every evening after 8 ish. No one is there when answered just dead silence. I did try to call back and rang endlessly. About 30 minutes after I called back this evening - this number called me back. I answered and no one was there but then I put the phone on mute and a man said 'hello' - when I unmuted - again there was silence. Very annoying.
