My parents moved to south Africa, and they use skype to call me. This number came up today when they called. 317 is my area code, so maybe this is some glitch in caller I.d. with international calls.
Caller sounds Indian/Arab, tried to get my credit card info offering to sell hydrocodone/xanax/vicodin. you call back & it just beeps, its a scam artist!
