Who called from 3178303571

Answered. Nobody there. I'm always suspicious of calls from numbers which have the number in the name of the Caller ID. The Caller ID said:
3178303571   (Name)
1-317-830-3571 (Number)

Same thing happened to me...now blocked!

This number called my cell phone (didn't answer) and a few hours later I saw it come across my office's caller ID. When the receptionist answered, they hung up. WTH?

Left voice mail about all inclusive Florida vacations.  2nd such call

No voicemail, of course.
