The number is owned by Brighthouse Information Services... but comes across as R Kohlmeyer (supposedly a man in his sixties or seventies)... though promoted by the Brighthouse company as an Internet/Cable firm, it could also be an arm of the company that does credit collection/debt collection. They left no message, which brings up even more suspicion.

Yes I have been getting this call with no message left. Previous comment states this is bright house, which is not available in my area so not sure why they would be calling my home phone.
