Got a call at 6:44 pm EST on my cell phone. I received an email saying that there was a problem with my MAX FCU account. No one spoke when I picked up. I don't have an account with this bank and have not for many many years. It has to be a SCAM. if there was anyone who really cared I would report it, but no one cares about consumers.
Call received at 1:16 am regarding Max Credit Union account. Received call 2 minutes later on cell phone, different number, with same message. Registered all home, business, cell phones with Do Not Call Registry, to no avail. Max Credit Union (which happens to be local to me) is no help, states these calls are scams.
